Artwork Setup

Let me know how you want it laid out, or we’ll position it for you.

🔹 Our artist will send you the pictures of the designed cups for confirmation. Only after receiving your confirmation, we will arrange the printing.

🔹 Images should be a minimum of 300 DPI or sharp at 100% to ensure the artwork is not distorted when the cup is curved. EPS, AI or PDF formats are preferred.

🔹 The printing area is the outer wall of the cup. The inner wall and bottom cannot be printed.

🔹 The printed colour cannot be guaranteed to be 100% identical to the design, but we will do our best.

Cup Distortion

🔹 We distort all cup artwork using software so that when the cup is curved the artwork is proportional.

🔹 Vertical text and elements will be slightly more flared at the top of the cup than the bottom, which is normal to allow for the natural taper of the cup.

🔹 This is done by default to all of our cups and this is what we recommend, however if you think your design would look better if it is not distorted, let us know and we can pass these instructions onto the artist.
